Privacy Policy
Welcome to Adawati Plus. We take visitor privacy seriously. This policy explains the types of information that may be processed when you use the site and how cookies, measurement technologies, advertising services, and third-party services may be used.

Information and Files
Adawati Plus provides free tools for working with images, PDF files, QR Codes, text, SEO tasks, and developer workflows.
Some tools run entirely in your browser and process files locally without sending them to our servers. Other tools may need to upload a file temporarily to our server or to a third-party service provider to perform a specific function, such as conversion, compression, or background removal. The processing method depends on the nature of each tool.
We recommend that you do not upload files containing highly sensitive or confidential information and that you keep an original copy of your files before performing any conversion or editing operation.
Some technical information may be collected automatically, such as browser type, operating system, device type, approximate IP information, visit time, pages viewed, and referral source. This information may be used for security, operation, analytics, and performance improvement.
Cookies and Local Storage
The site may use cookies and similar technologies, including browser local storage, for purposes such as:
- Remembering user preferences and privacy choices.
- Operating certain site features.
- Measuring performance and understanding page usage.
- Preventing fraud and protecting the site.
- Displaying advertising and measuring its effectiveness when advertising is enabled.
You may accept or reject optional analytics cookies through the privacy banner and may change your choice later through the privacy settings available on the site.
Disabling cookies or local storage in your browser may prevent some features from working as expected.
Google Analytics
The site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how pages are used, measure traffic and performance, and improve tools and content.
Analytics storage is not granted unless permitted by the user’s choice through the consent banner. When consent is declined, analytics storage remains denied according to the Google Consent Mode settings used on the site.
Your browser may send Google technical information such as the page URL, approximate IP information, browser and device type, and visit time. Google processes this information according to its own policies.
Google AdSense and Third-Party Advertising
Adawati Plus may display advertisements provided by Google AdSense or other advertising technology providers.
Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to:
- Serve and operate advertisements.
- Measure impressions and clicks.
- Limit how often an advertisement is shown.
- Prevent invalid clicks and fraud.
- Serve personalized ads when the required consent is available.
- Serve non-personalized ads when personalization is not permitted.
Users can manage ad personalization through Google Ads settings and may decline consent for personalized advertising through the consent management message when available.
Consent Management
For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, the site may use a Google-certified consent management platform to collect choices related to cookies, advertising, personalization, and analytics.
The consent message may provide options to accept, reject, or manage purposes and providers in more detail.
Advertising and Analytics Technologies
Analytics services and advertising networks may use cookies, pixels, browser identifiers, and similar technologies to deliver content, measure performance, and understand interaction.
These services may automatically receive certain technical information, such as IP address, browser type, the page being viewed, and request time. Their use of that information is governed by their own privacy policies.
Third-Party Links
The site may contain links to external websites or services. When you visit an external site, your information is subject to that site’s privacy policy. Adawati Plus is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third parties.
Data Protection
We take reasonable measures to maintain site security and stability and to reduce unauthorized access. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
We recommend that users avoid uploading highly sensitive files or data to public tools and remove unnecessary personal information before uploading files.
Your Choices
- Accept or reject optional analytics cookies.
- Change your choice through the privacy settings.
- Disable cookies through your browser settings.
- Manage Google ad personalization through your Google account settings.
- Contact us with questions about this policy.
Consent and Policy Updates
Using the site does not automatically mean that you consent to all optional cookies. Consent or refusal is recorded through the privacy management tools available on the site.
We may update this policy when new services are added or when data processing practices change. The latest update date will be shown at the top of this page.
For questions about this Privacy Policy, data, or cookies, please contact us through the official Adawati Plus contact page.
Connected Services and Third-Party Platforms
AdawatiPlus may allow users to connect accounts or digital assets from third-party platforms
through APIs or authorization technologies such as OAuth. Depending on the channels enabled
and supported, these services may include Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger, X, TikTok,
YouTube, LinkedIn, Bluesky and other supported platforms.
AdawatiPlus does not connect to, manage or publish to an external account unless the user grants
the required authorization or completes the relevant connection process. Users may disconnect
an account or revoke authorization through AdawatiPlus or the third-party platform where such
controls are available.
Social Publisher and Social Media Management
When you use the Social Publisher or social media management features, we may process information
required to perform the actions you request, including account, page or channel identifiers,
text content, images, videos, scheduling settings, publishing times, publishing status,
post identifiers and technical error or delivery logs.
This information is used only to provide account connection, scheduling, publishing,
content-management and operational-status features. Connecting an external account does not
transfer ownership of that account or its content to AdawatiPlus.
WhatsApp and AI Agent Features
When WhatsApp Business or AI Agent features are enabled, we may process information associated
with the connected account, including WhatsApp Business Account IDs, Phone Number IDs,
conversation identifiers, webhook events and message content sent to or from the connected number.
This information is used to receive and send messages, run automation rules, manage message
templates, support human handoff and provide AI-assisted features enabled by the account owner.
Artificial Intelligence Processing
When an AI-powered feature is used, the text, conversation content or instructions required
to complete the request may be sent to an AI service provider, such as OpenAI, for processing
and response generation. This occurs only when an AI-enabled feature is used or activated.
Users should review AI-generated content before publishing, sending or relying on it,
particularly for commercial, legal, medical, financial or other sensitive uses.
Access Tokens and Permissions
Some integrations require access tokens, technical identifiers or permissions issued by
third-party platforms. We treat these credentials as sensitive information, do not make them
publicly available, and use them only to provide the connected service authorized by the user.
We aim to request the minimum permissions reasonably required for the enabled functionality.
Permission requirements may change when a third-party platform changes its APIs, policies or
integration requirements.
Meta Platform Data
When Meta integrations are used, including Facebook, Instagram, Messenger and the WhatsApp
Business Platform, Meta Platform Data is processed only to provide functionality authorized
by the user or business owner, such as managing authorized assets, sending and receiving
messages, managing WhatsApp message templates, and publishing or managing content where
permitted by Meta APIs.
We do not sell Meta Platform Data or use it for purposes unrelated to the functionality enabled
by the user. The legal entity responsible for Meta Platform Data processed through this
integration is EDUCON STUDY ABROAD, Saudi Arabia.
Service Providers and Data Processing
We may use technology service providers to operate AdawatiPlus and provide its features, including:
- Hostinger for hosting, server and infrastructure services.
- OpenAI for AI processing when AI-enabled features are used.
- Meta and other connected platforms to perform account connection, publishing and messaging functions requested by the user.
Some providers may process information in multiple countries. Data may therefore be processed
or transferred internationally in accordance with applicable laws and the relevant provider’s terms.
Data Retention and Operational Logs
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service,
operate connected accounts, process publishing and messaging actions, diagnose failures,
protect the platform and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Limited technical logs, such as operation status, execution time, operation identifiers and
error information, may be retained for maintenance, security and service-reliability purposes.
Disconnecting Accounts and Data Deletion
Users may disconnect external accounts or revoke their permissions through the service or
the relevant third-party platform where available. Once disconnected, we stop using the
associated access credentials to initiate new actions.
Users may request deletion of information associated with the service, subject to applicable
law. Removal from backups or technical logs may occur according to the normal retention cycle
of the relevant backup systems.
User Responsibility for Accounts and Content
Users are responsible for ensuring that they own or are authorized to manage every account
they connect and that they have obtained any consent, subscription or opt-in required from
message recipients, particularly for services such as WhatsApp.
Users must also comply with each third-party platform’s applicable rules, including anti-spam,
content, messaging-template, rate-limit and publishing policies.
Please also review our Terms of Use for conditions relating to
the Social Publisher, connected accounts and AI features.
