WhatsApp, Messenger, X, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Bluesky and other supported channels.
Social Publisher and Social Media Management
The Social Publisher allows users to prepare, schedule and send content to channels that
they have connected. Users remain solely responsible for content uploaded, written,
scheduled or published through the service.
The service may not be used for spam, prohibited content or automated activity that
violates the rules of a connected third-party platform.
Scheduling and Publishing Availability
We use reasonable efforts to execute publishing and scheduling actions at the requested time.
Successful delivery also depends on the availability of third-party platforms, APIs,
permissions, access credentials, rate limits and network connectivity.
We cannot guarantee a publishing action where a third-party platform changes its API,
revokes a permission, imposes a rate limit, suspends a service or experiences an outage
outside AdawatiPlus’s control.
WhatsApp and Messaging
Users of WhatsApp integrations are responsible for complying with WhatsApp Business policies,
including obtaining recipient consent or opt-in where required, using approved message
templates where required, and complying with rules applicable to service and marketing messages.
AI Agents
AdawatiPlus may provide AI agents for customer conversations or tools that assist users in
generating or editing content. Users are responsible for the instructions, business rules
and knowledge sources provided to the agent and for reviewing outputs before relying on them.
AI-generated output should not be treated as a substitute for qualified professional advice.
Third-Party Service Dependencies
Some AdawatiPlus functions rely on external services, including Meta products, social platforms,
AI providers and hosting infrastructure. These services are subject to their own terms,
policies and technical limitations, which may change outside AdawatiPlus’s control.
Suspension or Restriction of Use
We may restrict or suspend functionality where there is abusive use, attempted circumvention
of safeguards, API abuse, spam, activity that threatens platform security or violations of
third-party platform requirements.
No Guarantee of Third-Party Platforms
AdawatiPlus is an independent service. Supporting or integrating with a third-party platform
or API does not imply a partnership, endorsement or guarantee of continued availability
unless expressly stated otherwise.
API and Channel Changes
We may modify, add or discontinue an integration where a third-party platform changes its
terms, APIs or requirements, or where continued integration is no longer technically or
legally practical.
