AdawatiPlus respects your privacy and provides a clear process for requesting deletion of personal data associated with your use of our services.
How to request deletion of your data
If you have connected a Meta, Facebook, WhatsApp Business, or other supported account to AdawatiPlus and would like your associated data deleted, please send a deletion request to:

Please include your name or business name, the email address associated with your AdawatiPlus account, the connected service, and a clear request to delete your associated data.
What data may be deleted
This may include account connection information, authorized business asset references, WhatsApp Business integration information, conversation-related records stored by AdawatiPlus, and other data associated with your account.
Processing time
We will review valid deletion requests and process them within a reasonable period, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, or regulatory retention requirements.
Disconnecting Meta integrations
You may also remove access granted to AdawatiPlus through Meta Business settings or Facebook Business Integrations. Removing access may stop future access, while a separate deletion request may still be required to remove data already stored by AdawatiPlus.
